Jeff Wallace, Managing Partner, founded GTA in 1992. His corporate experience included positions as Vice President - International Treasury at American Express and Assistant Treasurer of both Dun & Bradstreet and of Seagram. He also was a Vice President at Greenwich Associates, which is unaffiliated with GTA. A CPA, Jeff started his career with Price Waterhouse.

A frequent writer and speaker, Jeff has published The Group of 31 Report: Core Practices for Managing MNC Foreign Exchange Risk (1999, Association for Finance Professionals) and the FAS 133 chapter in the International Finance and Accounting Handbook (2003, John Wiley & Sons). He has given presentations to the Association for Financial Professionals, the Conference Board’s CFO, Controller and Treasurer Councils, several EuroFinance North American and European conferences, Financial Executives International, the Italian Association of Risk Managers, the National Association of Corporate Treasurers annual meetings, the New Zealand Society of Corporate Treasurers, and the Treasury Management Association of Canada. He has an MBA in Acccounting from University of Chicago and a BA in mathematics and economics from Dartmouth College.

Jeff is also a Board member, Vice President, and Chair of the PR & Fundraising Committee of Carriage House, a day shelter for the homeless and working poor in Boulder, CO. The Carriage House provides a lunch and dinner during the weekdays and counseling and transition assistance. In 2007, nearly 100 clients out of the over 2500 who visited us were able to find jobs.

Hugh Brocklesby, Senior Director, has been a full-time treasury consultant since 1993 with over 25 years experience in international banking, corporate treasury, and treasury consulting. He has completed treasury projects for over 50 US companies ranging from Fortune 100 global multinationals to small private busi-nesses. Many of these projects have been performed as part of a 2-3 person team from Greenwich Treasury Advisors, and he also co-managed several major corporate treasury benchmarking and best practice programs for GTA.

Hugh has worked at client locations in USA, UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Mexico, Australia and elsewhere. He has spoken at numerous treasury conferences, and written several articles for International Treasurer magazine.

Hugh Brocklesby is a UK national and long-term US resident. He has degrees from Birmingham University and London Business School, and worked at Harris Bank, in both Chicago and London, and at Lloyds Bank International, in both London and New York. He was Senior Vice President & Treasurer of a private global metal and oil trading group in New York managing funding, commodity/ FX hedging, bank relationships, cash management, customer credit, and trade finance.

Coleen Merritt, Senior Director, has over 25 years working as a Vice President at Capital Life Insurance Company, First Data Corporation and as Senior Vice President at Key Corporation. She was also on the Board of Directors for over 10 years for the Asian Pacific Development Center and served as CFO and treasurer there. She has expertise in developing global payment strategies, liquidity strategies, managing cash positions and developing international business plans. Responsibilities have included developing treasury units, managing cash management and international banking departments, product development, client service, treasury selling and accounting. She has worked with over 300 banks on a global scale. She has a degree in Accounting and a CTP.
