FAS 133 Reloaded – What do the Changes Mean to You?
Hosted by FXpress Corporation

Presentation by Jeff Wallace, Managing Partner, Greenwich Treasury Advisors and Jason Halpern, Product Manager, FXpress Corporation.

FASB’s recent issuance of the FAS 133R exposure draft is expected to have a significant impact on corporate risk management.  With the final statement expected to be issued in the fourth quarter of 2008 and the results implemented for fiscal quarters  beginning after June 15, 2009, companies will have little time to evaluate and modify their programs accordingly.  This presentation will provide an overview of the expected changes and their anticipated impact. The Webinar will address the following:

- Which types of risks qualify for hedge accounting
- How and when hedges should be tested for effectiveness
- Differences in the measurement of ineffectiveness
- Changes to the rules for designating and designating hedges
- New disclosure requirements including those specified by FAS 161
- How these changes will affect current practice

Old treasurers never die, they just lose interest.
